Feasa 在線測試 LED 分(fēn)析儀有 3、5、10 和 20 通道配置。 接口至
該設備通過 RS232 或 20 針可尋址端口連接。 該單元有能力被外(wài)部觸發
最終通過一(yī)個事件。 3、5、10通道單元尺寸爲100x29x50mm，20通道單元尺寸爲
140x29x50 毫米。 每根通道光纖長 0.6m，直徑 1mm，彎曲半徑爲
15mm。工(gōng)作波長範圍爲450nm-650nm，溫度範圍爲0-50°C。
可用接口：ICT 接口。
輸出：紅、綠、藍(lán) (RGB)、色調、飽和度、強度 (HSI)、主波長、CCT、CIE xy、CIE u’v’
取決于所使用的接口。
驅動程序/軟件：Agilent i3070 的測試模型、Teradyne 的測試代碼、用于測試、編程的 DLL

In Circuit Test Analyser
The Feasa In Circuit Test LED analyser is available in 3,5,10 and 20 Channel configurations. Interface to
the device is via RS232 or a 20 pin Addressable Port. The unit has the capability to be triggered exter-
nally by an event. The dimensions of the 3,5,10 channel units are 100x29x50mm and the 20 channel is
140x29x50mm. Each Channel Fiber is 0.6m in length with a 1mm diameter and a bend radius of
15mm.The operating wavelength range is 450nm-650nm with a temp range of 0-50°C.
Available Interfaces: ICT Interfaces.
Output: Red, Green, Blue (RGB), Hue, Saturation, Intensity (HSI), Dominant Wavelength, CCT, CIE xy, CIE u’v’
depending on interface used.
